I ordered 2 canvas prints to give to family for xmas. U received my order today, and I could not be happier. In fact I'm jealous that I am giving them both away, may have to order my own! Melissa, Calgary	my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience. Melinda,	excellent service Our daughter has walls of photos on canvas done by Vancouver on Canvas so thought we\'d have one done four guest bedroom....it was all we hoped it would be more.
