I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.

James, Seattle | Love our enlarged canvas print. Our contact with Keen Art Media was reserved, but she assured us the print we selected would be fine for a 42\" x 31-1/2\" enlargement. Despite some doubts, we could not be happier with it. Will use Keen Art again.
