That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames. Best wishes!

Horrible! Frames are unusable. Width of back of frame is barely a quarter inch, way too narrow to screw into to attach my canvasses. KEENART: THE LAYOUT OF THE PROFILE WAS PROVIDED WHEN ORDERING ONLINE, IT WAS CUSTOMER\'S CHOICE.
