They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. Diana, 		Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps.
