The staff and service at Vancouver On Canvas was amazing. They took the time to review the photo I submitted and let me know the resolution wouldn\'t work for the size print I wanted. They offered solutions and were very accommodating with changes to the order.

I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed. KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
